Mr. Mallory is a management consultant who specializes in operational assessment and the application of quality management in organizations. He was the principal author of the ASQ/ANSI G1:2021 standard. The 2021 standard provided the first ever tool for evaluating the maturity of quality management practices within each unit of a governmental organization. It created the first ever standard for the measurement of quality in a single manager’s span of control, and provided an auditable basis for performing that evaluation.
Richard Mallory has now developed an updated private industry auditable standard, SSM/QMM. He holds a MA degree in management and is a Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) and Project Management Professional (PMP).
